Placing Custom Orders…
Placing a custom order is simple and easy. Please just contact us and we will lead you through the process of choosing the styles , fabric colors, and printing details. We can help get everything set up for you, and you can make the final approval before making the deposit. If you need help creating a design for screenprinting, embroidery, or roll printing we can help with that.
The lead time for a custom orders depends on the order itself, but for orders of bamboo t-shirts we typically produce them in 2-3 weeks. Make sure to let us know if you have a specific deadline and understand the lead time starts when the deposit is made. When we provide the mock up for final approval we will also provide the lead time.
We can produce most any type of garment, so as long as you are able to show us what you want we can most likely make it for you. Standard apparel items like shirts, jackets, hats, sweatshirts and most common, but if you need more specific garment please collect some images of the garment and send them to us so we can see what you want.
Yes. All of our patterns are made using International sizing which is similar. tothe sizing typically found in North America. Patterns and sizing are adjustable and can be adjust to your specific needs, so we can make them to your request.
The websites codes are specifically for retail orders, but if you contact us about your order we can also give you a customized quote and are willing to work together and within a budget. Understanding the process will save alot of time and money, so we will help you to understand it.
Yes. We can also produce and custom make various other bamboo products like sunglasses, cups, plates, bowls, dining utensils, straws, and more. We can laser engrave your brand logos on the items as well. Contact us for more info.

Retail orders….
We ship our retail orders through DHL directly from our Central Java location. Since minimum shipping cost is $34.95 we suggest bundling your order to get a more cost effective rate. You can also save an extra 15% when you spend $150
When you place an order it typically takes 7-10 days for a stocked item to arrive.
Import Duty fees are based on the destination country. Please research your country for info on import duties and fees.
We pride ourselves on quality control so you can expect that the item will be free of defects and imperfections in the production. We will offer exchanges if the product has defects. Please inspect the garment when it arrives and make sure to let us know within 48 hours of receiving the item if there is any defects. Please leave the item unworn with original tags or packaging for return. You will be asked to ship the item to a US Post Office Box and we will re-send you another item (at no charge to you) once it is recieved.
We currently don’t have a retail shop. You can order custom made apparels directly through whatsapp and email. You can purchase retail items on our website.

Yes. We absolutely can provide wholesale orders for resale, with a minimum of 25 pcs per style (mixed sizes are okay) . For more detailed info on pricing, catalog, and vender application please contact us directly.
Ethics & Humanitarian elements
Ethical clothing production means that we are not a big factory or ‘sweat shop’ with unfair working conditions and underpaid workers. Our staff are given freedom to create their own schedules to accamodate their families. Not only do we provide higher that average wage, our staff can leave to pick up their kids from school or take care of family or religious obligations as needed. We believe that working together as a team or family is the best way to maintain proper ethics.
We have been involved with several humanitarian projects within the realm of education and child development. We have supported various orphanages on the island of Sumba and Java. We also make clothing items and uniforms on donation terms for certain clients schools, groups and humanitarian organizations. You can feel good knowing that you are supporting a good cause when you purchase from Baki Clothing. Mr. Axelsen also teaches free english lessons to students in his free time.
Yes. If you are not interested in apparels and production but want to support or donate to an orphanage in the area you can contact us directly and we can help facilitate a direct donation or translate a meeting with one of the orphanage administrators to discuss needs and how you may help. There are many ways to help.
We are typically able to respond to whatsapp messages and emails between 8 A.M. – 8 P.M WITA GMT+8 . Although feel free to message us anytime 24/7 and we will reply as soon as possible. We may reply slowly on Sundays or Holidays…
Yes. We often have guests and can provide housing, food, transporation, and tours to guests who come to stay with us. Whether its just for a holiday, you want to teach english, help an orphanage, or you want to come and work hands on to design your apparels.
